For this special drop, we have partnered with an incredible artist to create an entire limited-edition trading cards collection featuring brand-new, original artwork on each card design! This limited-edition collection was created in partnership with Otto Schmidt, the artist behind DC vs. Vampires and DC vs. Vampires: World War V. Twenty-four of those designs are a part of the hybrid trading cards collection, with the remaining six dedicated to a bonus digital pack unlocked by our Mega Cards. 

Now let’s deep dive into each tier!

While most of these cards will be in our traditional sizing (2.4 x 3.5in), we're excited to announce that this collection also features three Mega Card designs, which clock in at about 3.46 x 4.96in. Each one is assigned to a different rarity level and unlocks a bonus set of digital trading cards on top of the hybrid packs...but more on that later! 

Each “DC vs. Vampires” hybrid collection box is guaranteed to contain one holographic Mega Card along with nine traditional-sized cards of which two are guaranteed to be holos. There are three different Mega Card designs, and they feature some of the main characters from DC vs. Vampires!

And now that we’ve covered our Mega Cards, let's talk a bit about the traditional-sized cards in our collection. Below is a breakdown of the different rarity levels for this assortment, as well as how many designs fall under each tier:

And, speaking of Mythics, surprise! 

We've randomly distributed a very small amount of "mythical'' limited-edition boxes that contain rare designs and rare designs only. That's right--if you're one of the lucky Hros who finds one, you'll snag the Mythic-tier Mega Card plus the only Mythic-tier card design in the traditional collection. Additionally, you'll get both Legendary-tier cards, all three Epic-tier cards, and all three Superior-tier cards from the traditional assortment.

It might just be the most epic pull of your trading story...happy hunting!

The competition snapshot for the “DC vs. Vampires” is planned for October 31, 2024, but is subject to change. 

Anyone able to collect all of the cards in the hybrid set will be eligible to receive a special completion Rewards Card, which features a Mythic-tier design starring Gotham City's very own Punchline.

But that's not all: the Rewards Card for those with a top 300 leaderboard position for the drop will feature Vampire Poison Ivy (Earth-63) in a stunningly haunting portrait.    Mints A1 through A10 of both the Vampire Punchline and the Vampire Poison Ivy Rewards Cards will be accompanied by a physically signed hybrid twin (subject to availability), courtesy of DC artist Otto Schmidt.

In addition to the Completion Rewards Card and Top 300 Leaderboard Rewards Card, we'll also be celebrating the Hros with a top 150 position on the leaderboard for this drop with an electrifying Hro-tier Rewards Card starring the beloved Black Lightning (Earth-63).  Mints A1 through A10 of the Rewards Cards will be accompanied by a physically signed hybrid twin (subject to availability), courtesy of DC artist Otto Schmidt.

And last but not least: here are all of the details about that bonus digital pack that our Mega Cards unlock! As is tradition with our limited-edition collections, scanning in a Mega Card unlocks a bonus (free) digital trading cards pack that collectors can claim in the Hro mobile app!

The “DC vs. Vampires: World War V” bonus digital pack taps into the excitement for the upcoming comic book series, DC vs. Vampires: World War V! Each digital pack includes a minimum of two digital trading cards. There are four unique designs you can receive.

In addition to these tiered designs, a random selection of 50 Legendary-tier cards will be up for grabs as special digital card inserts in these digital packs, which you can read more about below.

Starting August 30, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. PDT, Hros who collect all four cards from the bonus digital pack will have the opportunity to combine them together and craft a special, Legendary-tier card design starring Harley Quinn (Earth-63)! There are 500 total Legendary cards to obtain, with 450 of them available for crafting and 50 of them randomly inserted into the bonus digital packs themselves!

Mints A1 through A10 of the Rewards Cards will be accompanied by a physically signed hybrid twin (subject to availability), courtesy of DC artist Otto Schmidt.

And the fun doesn’t stop there…we will be offering uncut sheets for the top 50 eligible Hros on the "DC vs. Vampires" leaderboard! Uncut sheets will be rewarded in the following ranking order:

Top 1-25 on the leaderboard will receive holographic-finish uncut sheets

Top 26-50 on the leaderboard will receive matte-finish uncut sheets

Collectors holding END OF SEASON 2023 Hybrid Rewards cards on July 23, 2024 will be eligible to receive a limited number of FREE “DC vs Vampires” hybrid boxes! A snapshot will be taken at 10:00 am PT to determine which collectors are eligible to receive this reward. Address collection for eligible collectors will begin the week of July 29, 2024, with shipments of the “DC vs Vampires“ hybrid boxes scheduled to start in mid-August.
